Trivia

“When we heal ourselves, we heal the next generation that follows. Pain is passed
through the family line until someone is ready to feel it, heal it, and let it go”

- Alise Sweet.

Everyone has the potential to achieve greatness. Circumstances and individual experiences can find us dislocated from our own potential and personal success. I assist my clients in developing a healthy life connection and understanding of their inner being. This is a process of guided self examination to realize the most authentic nature of who you truly are as an individual.

We work together to discover the unique and powerful abilities you intrinsically possess, to empower you to achieve the life you truly desire.

Healing Trauma

Everyone has suffered trauma, be that trauma with a small t or a capital T.  It is so commonplace that most don’t recognize how prevalent it is. It affects individuals, families, communities, and nations. Unhealed trauma inhibits our ability to be present in the here and now. It results in a loss of relationship with self and the world around us, impedes a healthy connection to ourselves, and dislocates us from our power, potential, and inner guidance systems while impairing our ability to interact with the world around us in meaningful and productive ways.

Trauma can range from everyday stressors like a problematic breakup or a job loss (small 't' trauma) to more severe experiences like abuse, war or a life-threatening event (capital 'T' trauma). However, people rarely acknowledge trauma can be a catalyst for growth. It can transform our lives in positive ways. Healing is possible, I know, because I’ve been there; you can emerge fortified on the other side.

Please know mental anguish, illness, emotional and relational issues, and even physical effects that stem from trauma do not have to be the end of your story. Drawing from my personal experiences and education, I will guide you on a healing journey to embrace life no longer defined or debilitated by trauma.

Trauma is not an external event but rather an individual's response to it. Two people may witness the same event; one may be traumatized, and the other unaffected. Trauma can happen to anyone who experiences a threatening situation or event and is unable to complete a protective response. This residual energy remains trapped within the nervous system, affecting our perception and interpretation of our inner world and the world around us. Each person’s experience of trauma is unique, and their healing journey should reflect that. I’m here to provide a personalized approach to healing tailored to your specific needs and experiences. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions

Remember, healing is not just a possibility, it's a promise.
